Top 5 Reasons to Subscribe to Hulu

With so many options for streaming platforms, it can be difficult to choose one to subscribe to. My personal favorite streaming platform, Hulu, is one that can often be overlooked in favor of Netflix. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to subscribe to Hulu, here are my top five reasons why you should:

5. Hulu has access to live TV, so whether you’re a sports fan or a reality TV fan (or somewhere in-between) you can stay up to date.

4. Like many other streaming platforms, Hulu has its own original series found only on the platform. I feel like Handmaid’s Tale in itself is a reason to have Hulu.

3. If you are a fan of streaming TV shows, Hulu has a wide variety of shows to choose from. I’m a big fan of Adult Swim and Hulu has all of my favorite shows and then some.

2. It’s cheaper than Netflix. A standard subscription to Hulu costs only $5.99 a month. That is, unless you are a student, in which case…

1. You get a free Hulu account with a student Spotify subscription. In other words, you pay $4.99 a month for a Spotify account AND a Hulu account. If you’re in school, who can say no to free? Plus, even if you do not qualify for a student discount you can get a bundled Spotify and Hulu subscription for only $12.99 a month.
